We provide many different services:

Herbal Formulas: Both for in person, or remote consults. We provide over 190 different single herbs to create thousands of permutations of different herbal formulas for patients. These herbal formulas are tailored directly to patients specific body type, constitution, and symptoms for the individual diagnosis.

Video Consults: We provide medical consult services for people all over the country, as well as diagnostic services in the states of Oregon and Virginia where we are licensed. These consults are focused around functional medicine principles with a particular core diagnosis based upon the Asian medicine tradition. You can schedule an appointment on our online system here:

Medical Consults in Spanish: Many patients experience challenges with understanding the medical system and how to navigate the system in the US, we are here to provide advocacy services and help the patient to receive the most from their services from their providers. Asian Medicine and Functional Medicine Education: With 20 years of experience, Alfred Thieme can come and educate the staff in your corporation, or other events about the benefits they can receive by utilizing Alternative Medicine through your corporations health insurance. On site talks cost $500 within the Portland Metro region; outside the region there is a travel stipend for the 2 days of travel for the Practitioner to arrive and provide the talk.
